How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 5–7 working days from the date of purchase. However, once your package is handed over to Royal Mail, delivery times may vary. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within the UK. However, if you're interested in ordering from outside the UK, drop us an email at hello@glowsloth.co.uk. If there's enough demand, we’ll explore international shipping in the future!
I put the wrong address on my order. What should I do?
Email us ASAP at hello@glowsloth.co.uk. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll update your details.
If your order has already been sent, we can only offer a refund if the package is returned to us.
My candle arrived damaged, what should I do?
We're so sorry your candle didn’t arrive in perfect condition! Please don’t use it, as this could affect its safety.
👉 Take a photo of the damage and email it to hello@glowsloth.co.uk. We’ll sort out a replacement or refund for you.
I want to return an item. How do I do that?
Before returning anything, please email us at hello@glowsloth.co.uk. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue without the hassle of a return.
If a return is necessary, we’ll send you instructions on how to send it back.
Who makes your candles? Are they handmade?
All of our candles are lovingly handcrafted by Nicholas, the founder of GlowSloth. Nicholas has poured his heart into perfecting the art of candle-making, and every candle is made with the utmost care and attention to detail.
What wax do you use in your candles?
We use a natural blend of rapeseed and coconut wax—which means:

✅ No paraffin or toxins
✅ 100% vegan & eco-friendly
The candle I want isn't available on your website. Can I request a custom order?

Right now, GlowSloth is a small, independent business—so we’re not hiring just yet. But as we grow, we may have opportunities in the future!

For every order placed, £1 goes towards sloth conservation. We support The Sloth Conservation, helping to protect sloths and their rainforest homes.
